Liberty League International Announces Appointment of Chief Compliance Officer

Liberty League International, LLC, announced the appointment of Nadine Boisnier to the newly created position of Chief Compliance Officer. In her new role, Ms. Boisnier will lead the further design and implementation of the Compliance Guide to foster appropriate conduct among participants while further defining the company’s code of business conduct.

Ms. Boisnier joins Liberty League International (LLI) from National Planning Corporation (NPC), an independent financial services firm, where she served as a Compliance Manager to one of their divisions. Nadine was in charge of reviewing all independent representative websites in addition to monitoring all advertising and marketing to ensure adherence to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) regulatory standards. She also managed a team of compliance analysts and helped respond to a variety of compliance and regulatory inquiries both at the state level and with the NASD.

“LLI desires to reinforce its commitment to an environment in which the focus on compliance is an integral part of the way we conduct our business with service and integrity,” says co-founder Shane Krider. “In her previous positions Nadine has developed the particular skills necessary to help us achieve our compliance and business practices objectives.
