Sixteen New Alternative Energy Stocks Added to Ardour Global Index in Semi-Annual Reconstitution

The Ardour Global Index (TICKER: AGIGL) to add 16 new components. The additions result from the indexes’ semi-annual reconstitution. All changes will be effective as of the open of trade on 6/19/2006 and a complete list of constituents and weightings will be posted on the Ardour web site, (www.ardourglobalindexes.com/indexes_agi.php).

The Ardour Global Index is a capitalization-weighted, float adjusted index of 88 of the most prominent alternative energy stocks in the world.

The index added five new components from the Asia/Pacific region. According to Walter Nasdeo, Consulting Analyst for Ardour Global Indexes, “Many Asian countries are rapidly developing alternative energy initiatives and we are beginning to see some important companies emerge.” Nasdeo expects more Asian components to be added in the future

Nearly 200 “pure play” alternative energy companies from around the world were screened against multiple criteria for inclusion in the index. To be included in the index stocks must pass screens for capitalization, float, exchange listing, share price and turnover. Noted Nasdeo, we were able to add 16 new constituents this period and we expect to be able to add quite a few more going forward as the industry continues to grow and develop.

The AGI North America Index (TICKER: AGINA) expanded by 7 components to 50, while the AGI Europe Index (TICKER: AGIEM) added 4 components, growing to 29. With its five new additions the Asia/Pacific group now stands at nine constituents.
