Company Co-Founders Mike Azcue and Wayne Nugent announced former South Carolina State Senator Mike Rose has joined forces with WorldVentures. Rose currently operates a private practice and provides freelance legal consultation from his home in Summerville, South Carolina. Previously, he was an Executive Senior Director and National Training Director for Excel Communications.

Rose brings with him extensive legal expertise, the result of decades of operating a profitable and reputable private practice and managing the legal functions of numerous businesses and organizations. Rose received his B.S. in International Affairs from the Air Force Academy in 1969 and his J.D. degree from NYU School of Law in 1974. After serving as an officer in the Air Force on various assignments including Attorney and Administrative Officer, he opened a private practice in 1974 and went on to receive his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1981. He next began several entrepreneurial endeavors and was Founder and CEO of numerous businesses. Rose turned to politics in 1988 and successfully served two terms as a South Carolina State Senator.

Rose has received several honors and accolades over the years, including Who’s Who in America, the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers by Martindale-Hubbell, "Outstanding State Legislator" by the American Legislative Exchange Council, and the Order of the Palmetto, the highest award of the State of South Carolina from Governor Carroll A. Campbell, Jr. and commendations from the South Carolina General Assembly.
