Coastal Vacations Director Jay NaPier was honored at the Coastal Synergy Groups Motivation and Training Extravaganza Black Tie Awards.
Winning the top sales award was an awesome experience. Attending members and I had fun, the more my name was called....the more everyone wanted me to win
NaPier, a 17 year entrepreneur was in Chicago June 23-25 with the top Coastal Vacations Directors at what was the best Coastal Vacations event ever.

NaPier was Nominated for 5 awards and won the Top Sales "Cha-Ching" award.
