Improve Your MLM Success by 60%, Simply Helping Your Team Members

It seems evident that, if done well, network marketing can help you to generate a nice part time or full time income. However, most people take a long time before they really achieve the success and many quit or change a company in search of better personal success.

One way you can ensure your success in Network Marketing right from the beginning of your career is if you constantly focus on helping your team members to achieve success. This is easier said than done, since it is so easy only to look at your own back office reports and pay checks, and think about who will you sponsor next.

Although you have just started and you only have a few members in your team, try to focus on other people. Networking is all about being with people and if all you chase is profit you just end up with hard work which is difficult and no fun.

Therefore you should always know how your team members are doing and what kind of problems they are facing.

Here is a quick success tip: for the next few weeks, set aside your ‘personal agenda’ and just focus only on helping other people in your team accomplish the following:

* Find a way for them to work that they enjoy and is comfortable for THEM.
* Help them find some Customers.
* Help them find some Distributors.
* Support them in everything they do.
* Encourage them to become independent and find their own answers.
* Congratulate them on taking action and responsibility for their own life.
…….. and watch what happens.

Probably the most important thing is to keep constant open communication with all your team members, so you can learn what kind of problems and challenges they face in their everyday activities.

Remember the people you sponsor in to your business do not care how much knowledge you have of that business, before they really know how much you care about them.

Most of the people who start a business are looking towards the person who invited them and asking “does this person have their best interest for me”.

Therefore building trust and having an open communication with your team members is essential.

Once you start to care about the pay checks of the people you have invited in, and show them how to improve it, networking will start to be a really fun and enjoyable way of spending your time.
