NAR's REALTOR Benefits (sm) Program Expands eNeighborhoods' Products and Services Offering to NAR
The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® has expanded the eNeighborhoods' offering under NAR's REALTOR Benefits (sm) Program to include a new direct mail marketing solution. To introduce the new system, a special offer is available to NAR members on the entire suite of eNeighborhoods products.
This new benefit enables REALTORS® to receive free access to the complete line of eNeighborhoods software, including the InstaLead Marketing System, for a limited time. Long known for enabling agents to become "Neighborhood Info Experts," eNeighborhoods recently has enhanced its product line to offer more direct marketing and agent marketing tools.
Drawing on years of experience with compilation of home and neighborhood information and development of marketing solutions for the real estate industry, eNeighborhoods has assembled a complementary set of tools that enable agents to automate prospecting activities and follow-up with powerful one-to-one relationship-building tools. The InstaLead Marketing System combines the power of direct mail with the industry's most popular agent marketing tools, including Neighborhood Reports, Maps / Aerials, Buyer Tour, Agent Websites, CMA, Flyers and more.

As part of a special, limited-time offer for NAR members who sign up between November 30 and February 1, 2006, eNeighborhoods will waive the setup cost of the full eNeighborhoods system (a $199.95 value) as well as the monthly subscription fee for service through February 1 2006 (a value of $99.95 per month). Through this promotion, NAR members receive free access to the entire suite of eNeighborhoods products, including the InstaLead Marketing System - providing real estate professionals with up to 58 free leads. |
