Hart's goal is to merge the two companies' technology and customer knowledge to provide more business solutions, offer enhanced customer support and improve product offerings.

Hart InterCivic is based in Austin, Texas, and has a major development lab in Lafayette, Colo. Farragut staff will continue operations in Lafayette, Colo., with existing management, staff and business partners.
