Precision Assistant offers professional office support to business owners – Virtually

Precision Assistant opens its virtual doors to the public, offering professional services to businesses via the Internet.

Sommer Cronck is pleased to announce the launch of her new company, Precision Assistant. Cronck is a Virtual Assistant (VA), and her focus is on providing professional office support services to entrepreneurs and businesses as a cost-effective alternative to a traditional employee.

A VA is a skilled professional who can provide office support services from his or her own office, using his or her own resources and equipment. VAs are a relatively new breed of entrepreneur, and they are helping businesses’ bottom lines by allowing them to eliminate the costs associated with a standard employee. Consider this: the average full-time employee can cost a company up to two and a half times their salary when you factor in expenses such as benefits, taxes and training. By hiring a VA, the company only pays for the time and resources spent on the contracted project or services, which can equal tens of thousands of dollars a year saved.

Precision Assistant’s services include document design, data entry, mailings, website design and maintenance, and spreadsheet creation. Communication is done via phone, fax, e-mail or instant messenger, and work can be transmitted via FTP (file transfer protocol), e-mail, fax or mail. Most projects can be completed in a matter of hours, and businesses couldn’t be happier with the results. “I gave Sommer my project and she completed it in a matter of hours. Saved me a great deal of money from hiring a traditional temp or Web Designer. I will definitely use her services again," says satisfied client Jocelyn Mammen of Guidant Coaching.

“I have spent 6 years in an office setting, providing support and design services. It’s what I love to do. When I learned about the Virtual Assistant profession, it just clicked. It was an opportunity for me to do what I enjoy, head my own business, and allow others to benefit from my training and experience,” says Cronck.
