Minnesota author, George Copsey, now claims there is no benefit to believing in problems. In fact, believing in problems hurts you-- and he has discovered a process that solves most problems.
When you view something as a problem, there is a strong tendency to be less relaxed, less resourceful and more limited in your view of things; narrowing your choices prematurely, instead of exploring the options and looking for opportunities. Simply put, when you believe something is a problem, you’re more likely to make poor choices-- and not even see other, better choices. You’re more likely to act like a Barney Fife, instead of a McGiver.
He claims problems are created by making assumptions that are rarely true. They’re often about something that might be a certain way, and you don't want it to be that way. Remove those assumptions and you no longer have a problem.
His problem- solving process is based on proven scientific techniques-- and concepts used by many successful people and NASA. The process, called “The Impossibility Transformer,” uncovers the assumptions you're currently making about a situation, so you can be aware of how, specifically, you’re creating a problem, and then solve it.
The process is explained in Copsey’s new e-book, “Live In a World With No Problems.”
Reader Matt Siemer says “Like most people, I tend to look at things the same way day after day, and that gets me stuck in a rut. The process helps me look through fresh eyes, and gives me the courage to look at what I don't like in my life, so I can start changing it."
Tod Frueh, a sales professional in Los Angeles, says of the process: "I quickly got to the core of the sales problems I was dealing with, solved and moved past them. I got back to creating a more productive and satisfying life, more quickly."
Change your attitude, so you're a McGiver (resourceful and inventing solutions in the moment) instead of a Barney Fife; a Road Runner, instead of Wiley Coyote, by dissolving your assumptions and solving your problems.
