Transcription Company relieves the stresses of tight deadlines through extension of business hours and round the clock workers.
Absolute Document Services, a nationwide provider of digital, video, cassette and document transcription, announces the expansion of its hours of operation to twenty-four hours seven days a week. Designed to deliver accurate transcripts through innovative technology, the company now offers twenty-four hour audio file upload and electronic delivery of transcripts.
"These new hours address the needs of our marketplace while enabling us to further our objective of meeting our clients’ deadlines," says Dawn Mayo, CEO of Absolute Document Services. "Many of our clients need a source that will provide them with accuracy and quick turnaround, very often, on short notice. Absolute Document Services accomplishes that." She adds.
Absolute Document Services is achieving that goal through increased staff and collaborating with digital technology. The addition of new transcriptionists operating at over 100 words per minute combined with a quality control process is expected to more than triple production while increasing accuracy. Additionally, the expansion of services will allow digital audio files in mp3, vox, dss, wav, cd and other formats to be uploaded and immediately accessed by transcriptionists at any time of day or night.
In combination, expanded hours and increased staff will provide maximum flexibility in the company’s ability to accomplish more in a time crunch. In addition, there are no time zone limitations to delay transcript turnaround.
"Absolute Document Services is much more than a transcription service," Mayo says. "It’s an indispensable business partner designed to provide solutions to anyone who needs flexibility in time constraints."
