CoreTrac Alliance Provides Community Financial Institutions with Further Tools for Enhanced Service

CoreTrac, Inc. (www.coretrac.com), a provider of browser-based customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for community financial institutions, today announced a strategic marketing alliance with CustomerVision, Inc., adding a Web-based, consumer-focused financial product information module to its ResourceOne (R1) family of products.

The initial working arrangement between the two companies enables CoreTrac to market CustomerVision’s financial information dialog and answer content and technology under private label. CustomerVision will also provide ongoing development and technical support for its technology.

CustomerVision’s Answer Center links content and dialog around financial product information and advice that is current, consistent, customized and relevant. The tool increases the value of the community financial institution’s Web site to its clients and helps increase Web traffic to build longer-lasting client relationships.

CoreTrac’s R1 is a browser-based CRM solution that resides on the community financial institution’s internal network, delivering the ability to track leads and referrals; recommend products based on customer demographics; facilitate more effective marketing campaigns; set employee goals and accurately measure performance; create institutional, branch and individual reports; and integrate multiple sources of data for a complete picture of the client relationship. Now, with this new module, R1 users can leverage CustomerVision’s easy-to-use, customer-focused Web solutions to help them successfully align their cross-selling and service strategies for an overall superior client experience. The private label version of CustomerVision will be called the R1 Client Resource Center.

This alliance reflects our commitment to continually adding innovative improvements to our product offering, while remaining focused exclusively on simple and affordable CRM tailor-built for the way community banks and credit unions do business. The addition of Web-based client service and financial information will provide immediate enhancement to our clients’ ability to service and cross-sell, while improving
overall profitability,” says CoreTrac CEO Chris Ney.

“This partnership further strengthens our position as the leading provider of customer service and information marketing solutions to community financial institutions,” says CustomerVision President Cindy Rockwell.
