Originally launched as a Sole Propritorship, the parent company of Ephod Business Solutions has restructured as a Limited Liability Corporation.

Eric and Maura Lewis recently established The Ephod Company, L.L.C. as a holding company. The firm’s primary operating arm is Ephod Business Solutions, with additional divisions currently under development.

As a business consultant to small businesses, Ephod Business Solutions offers services such as the development of Business Plans, Marketing Analysis, Cost Management, and Continuous Process Improvement. Additionally, EBS provides training assistance through local business seminars and trade shows. As with the new parent company, Ephod Business Solutions focus is on the economic empowerment of traditionally underserved communities.

As a holding company, The Ephod Company, L.L.C. will develop and invest in businesses that provide opportunities for economic development within previously neglected communities.
