Billie Redmond, President of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, has been named one of Business Leader Magazine’s Top Ten Women Extraordinaire. The Women Extraordinaire are recognized for obtaining success by capitalizing on opportunities, following their hearts, and never giving up. This recognition acknowledges both their successes in their companies and their contributions to the community.
“To know that you can influence others and make a difference in the world is an honor itself,” Redmond said. “I am thrilled to be a considered an extraordinary woman.”
Redmond was recently named The News & Observer’s Tar Heel of the Week and to the lists of Top Women in Businesses in the Triangle, Top 25 Women Owned Businesses in North Carolina, and to the Business Leader Impact List. She has served as a member of the Board of Communities in School of Wake County, Wake Education Partnership, Research Triangle Regional Partnership, Kids ’n Communities Foundation, Paragon Bank, WakeMed Hospitals and as the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce.
Redmond, a native North Carolinian, is President of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, a Raleigh based property management, leasing, and brokerage services company. In June 2003, TradeMark joined the national affiliation network of Coldwell Banker Commercial and is the largest woman owned affiliate in the network, representing a variety of asset and facility management clients.
