Rosalind Redrick, Executive Director of the Association announced that Receptionists Day will be observed by the Association, annually on a Tuesday in the last full week in April during Administrative Professionals Week. Employers are urged to show their appreciation for the first person – first impression representatives of their companies through receptionist or customer service seminars, monetary bonus or a gift of appreciation.
The National Association of Professional Receptionists and Receptionists Day is a new initiative designed to give the position of receptionist, representation of value, credibility and a significant role in the business world.
