Optimised Networks Announces New Partner for its Network Monitoring Service

Stevenage, England based Optimised Networks has announced an agreement with IT Solutions. IT Solutions , based in Buckinghamshire, is a UK wide computer products and service provider and will market the Optimised Networks Monitoring solutions to the small and medium business market in the UK.

IT Solutions, established since 1985 provides a complete range of high quality products and support services to the business community. These services include critical system support, and as well as “down the line” remote services, they can provide non-stop365 day 24 hour site support.

Leigh Davenport, the Managing Director of Optimised Networks stated “ We are delighted to be partnering with IT Solutions. The Optimised Network Monitoring Solutions will provide real opportunities for IT Solutions to add new profitable and repeatable services to their current product offerings for both existing and new customers”

Davenport went on to say “By partnering with Optimised Networks IT Solutions will be able to increase existing revenue streams by providing a service to their customers and prospects that will improve productivity and reduce costs”.

Their monitoring service will be a considerable asset to our existing portfolio of products and we believe that its level of functionality will be ideal for the small and medium organisation looking to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their infrastructure.”

Optimised Networks’ service provides real time monitoring, notification and reporting of alarms and problems thus allowing the scarce skilled in-house staff to handle the proactive strategy planning rather than be focused on the more reactive “fire fighting”.

Through its state-of-the-art Network Operating Centre (NOC) Optimised Networks can offer its partners access to a world class physical environment to effectively and efficiently manage any customer’s technology infrastructure and instigate necessary escalation procedures and call handling processes. The highly efficient NOC also provides web-based customized reporting and client defined Service Level Agreements SLAs.

The Optimised Networks Partner Programme will allow resellers to offer these services to existing and new customers. Access to these services will improve customer retention rates and customer satisfaction levels for existing customers as well as improving reseller competitiveness. For new prospects, the reseller will have the opportunity to offer a single source solution.
