Talk2Rep Call Centers have announced the addition of Diana Campana as Sr. Program Director. Ms. Campana has over 15 year’s teleservices experience specializing in Hispanic call center and telemarketing management.

According to Jim Ryan EVP, Diana will spearhead Talk2Rep's talented teams of bi-lingual Spanish representatives and support new and existing Clients. Talk2Rep recent client additions include inbound sales for a large newspaper client and customer service for a health care customer managing their Spanish speaking customers.

"Our clients have requested targeted telemarketing and inbound customer services. Our growth in this sector has represented a 112% increase over last year" Ryan said. Our recently expanded corporate headquarters in Florida is a hub for call center and customer service expertise into the Hispanic market.

Talk2Rep Call Centers support clients such as American Express, Blue Cross Blue Shield and other businesses and government agencies.
