Salesboom.com Crafts New on Demand CRM Team Edition for Small to Mid Size Businesses
Salesboom.com, a leading provider of on demand web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) solutions, plans to introduce a new edition of its hosted customer relationship management software next month. This new edition will target small and mid size companies with small budgets.
“Salesboom.com’s new Team Edition will offer almost all of the functions found in Salesboom.com's standard professional service, but will charge a monthly, per-user price (starting at less than $10) for organizations with 6 to 20 users,” says Greg Brown, Salesboom.com’s chief marketing officer. He says the new version restricts only a few features such as adding new customized taps. The Team Edition allows users to manage and share leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, forecasts, cases, reports, and documents across the company via the web. The new version will also include the latest Email Retention and Supervision Suite, ensuring all critical sales communications, records and documents are available to the entire team at all times. The newly added Email Suite meets the latest email retention requirements set by The Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
Salesboom.com’s focus on small and mid size markets stems from the need of this market segmentation for a reliable CRM/SFA solution, without the usual costs involved in obtaining such enterprise-like systems.
