EzySoft Developments Launches InstantSmallBiz Pack 3 for Windows

InstantSmallBiz Pack 3 is the latest in a series of business products developed by EzySoft Developments. It is a bundle of two products, InstantInvoice 3 and InstantCashBook 3. Together, these two products help businesses quickly and effortlessly prepare essential documents like invoices, quotations or proposals and also account for their daily business income and expenses.

InstantInvoice can be used by businesses who do not need to bill or collect tax, business with one level of tax or businesses who need to account for two levels of tax like state and federal tax.

The authors of InstantSmallBizPack 3 developed it to address the needs of small business owners or operators who don't have the time or interest to attend software courses or read pages upon pages of documentation and product manuals. EzySoft Developments says that users don't have to be a computer wizard or an accountant to use InstantInvoice 3 or InstantCashbook 3. Anyone can pick it up and be up and running in just a few minutes.

For example, in InstantCashBook, users only need to know how to enter a payment entry, a receipt entry and a fund transfer entry. InstantCashBook will take care of the rest including generating their income and expenses statement (Profit & loss) or an income and expenses monthly bar chart for the whole year. The batch reporting feature allows users to email all relevant reports to their bookkeeper or tax agent in one action if necessary.

InstantInvoice 3 was designed specifically to get users up and running in 10 minutes or less. After installation, a step by step wizard will guide users through the setup process. On completing the wizard, users will be ready to prepare and print or email their first invoice or quotation out.
