Sean Sloan always created better ways to do things. Whether it was finding a better way to wash dishes at work when he was 16, or saving a large corporation about $20 million recently, he always had a knack for improving business. Mr. Sloan now is moving away from increasing the profits of big business to maximizing profits for smaller enterprises. His company Venture Control can start increasing a client's profits in about a half an hour; the time it takes to get a pizza delivered.
The new service is aimed to help smaller businesses that know that they should increase profits but are not sure how to do it. Now, these enterprises can use Venture Control's simple "Pizza Service".
"Venture Control can see opportunities in small to medium sized businesses for cost savings that most of those smaller companies would never see," states Mr. Sloan. "For larger companies, we put together a profit improvement plan and work with the company weekly to achieve the profit. With this new 'Pizza Service', we meet with the business owner and put together the profit plan quickly and then they run with it." Mr. Sloan added, "If they need more help, we can still help them execute to the profit plan weekly."
Venture Control's profit plans seem to be working. Mr. Sloan has clients that have increased profits from 5% to 21%. "The greatest thing about both of our services, is that our customer always has the opportunity to make more money than we do", Mr. Sloan adds. "We don't make anything until they do."
