Home & Garden Party, Ltd. is pleased to announce the promotion of Lisa Mobus from Master Designer to Gold Designer on April 13, 2004. Ms. Mobus joined the company on February 9th and she has already recruited 4 Designers from California, Mississippi, Ohio and Pennsylvania!
