Secrets to Great Companies Revealed

Focusing on Success: Optimizing Business Potential is a two hour program designed to help businesses focus resources on the high impact areas that will help them grow. Participants are challenged to re-examine:

 WHY they are in business and where their greatest opportunities for success lie.

 What are the Secrets of Great Companies?

 How do leaders inspire their teams to greatness?

 How to create and keep enthusiastic customers AND what it means to your business.

“Taking time out to assess where you are and what you need to do to grow your business is a key element to every successful company’s strategy” stated Tom Fraker, ASBA executive director. “We are always looking for ways to help our members grow their businesses. This program will do just that.”

As founder and executive director of CorePurpose, Inc., Joan Koerber-Walker helps companies in Arizona and around the world to get from where they are to where they want to be. During her career, Joan has held management and executive positions in sales, marketing, engineering management, global supplier contracts and corporate strategy at a Fortune 300 company before breaking out to form and lead her own organization. An accomplished speaker and member of the National Speakers Association, she has guest lectured at Arizona State University and Texas A&M as well as within the professional community. Her books include Working – an allegory, and co-author of an upcoming text on electronics distribution, Connecting Resources, A Primer for Electronics Distribution, for use in advanced undergraduate courses and at the graduate level. She is currently working on her next book, Impact - Changing Challenge to Success, scheduled for publication in 2004. Joan holds an MBA from Arizona State University (2000) and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Delaware (1981).
