Coaching.Com Selects 3D Group as Best Provider for 360-Degree Feedback
Berkeley, CA August 10, 2004 -- 3D Group, industrial/organizational psychologists specializing in 360-degree assessments, announced today that their leadership development tools will now be available to graduates of CoachInc.com, a coach training program that trains and certifies coaches, maintains a directory of coaches, and provides tools and information for both personal and business coaches.
Ms. Sheri Ross, Director of Business Development for CoachInc.com, explained that she spent considerable time researching dozens of providers before selecting 3D Group. “We were looking for a provider of effective, comprehensive 360-degree assessments to serve our coaching community. Not only did 3D Group pass the instrument validation evaluation, they were very accommodating about providing education for our users, which was equally important to us. Our goal is to increase awareness of how valuable 360-degree feedback can be when used appropriately in coaching situations.”
