High Numbers of Foreclosures Nationwide Continue to Fuel Opportunity

Orlando, FL  March 25, 2005 -- Foreclosures can be potential gold mines for revenue, according to popular real-estate investment courses, such as Robert Allen’s “Creating Wealth.” And a snapshot check shows that in many areas of the country the opportunities abound.

One Web site that tracks foreclosures nationwide recently showed foreclosed properties were available for sale in the following cities and surrounding areas:
Los Angeles, Calif. - 127
San Antonio, Texas - 531
Buffalo, NY - 464
Charlotte, NC - 715
Columbus, Ohio - 721

In the Orlando, Florida market, Orange County records show there were 4,216 foreclosures in 2004.

How to turn foreclosures and some hard work into profitable business opportunities is just one of the many ideas presented in Allen’s training seminars.

Allen, a best-selling author and financial trainer, wrote Nothing Down, which sold more than a million copies and according to Allen “helped untold thousands buy their first home or investment property…and for hundreds, perhaps even thousands, earn their first million.”

During the past 20 years, Allen has become one of the most influential financial experts in the country. He has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and The New York Times.

For more information about Allen’s seminars contact the Robert Allen Institute at 1-800-809-1282, and then press 2.
