Fastfit International Inc. Is Pleased to Announce the Sale of Its First Canadian Franchise

June 7, 2005 -- Fastfit International Inc. has sold its first Fastfit 30 Minute Fitness For Men franchise to Cassgarr Sports Inc., a Canadian management company. The first location will open July 10th at the Fortino's Super Centre in Burlington, Ontario.

Fastfit International Inc. is the franchisor of Fastfit 30 Minute Fitness For Men, the only Canadian franchisor of quick fitness centres for men. This premium 30 minute fitness system, specifically designed for men, is the latest development in physical fitness programs. Bernie DeOre, President of Cassgarr Sports Inc., is very pleased to be opening the first Canadian franchise. Cassgars Sports Inc. has secured an additional two territories in Burlington, Ontario and anticipates having three locations operating within the year. Mr DeOre states " I have been involved with a number of franchise businesses in the past, Bell World and Shell Retailers to name a couple, and this is the best business opportunity I have ever seen."

Mark Reynolds, President of Fastfit International Inc., expects to announce the signing of their second franchisee within the week.
